Smooth

The word ‘smooth‘ can, like most words, take on such personally repulsing or lovingly representative measures of the many transitions in the lives of those around us. Sayings like “He is a smooth operator; Smooth move, Dork!; Smooth and creamy; Smooth talker; Smooth sailing;”, e.g..

When I write, being truthful about the process, I labor over choosing the ‘right words’ to represent the best universal understanding needed to convey my point of view.

Writing is not a smooth undertaking for me, but much like life in general I am enjoying the journey.
